These pages describe The Well Club Chiropractic and how to book. They are general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise that a particular time will stay open until you finish booking.

Booking

When you complete a booking, the appointment is confirmed immediately. That time is no longer offered to anyone else. The fee is the price shown for the service you selected. To cancel or change a time, call 416-554-5149 or email thewellclubchiropractic@outlook.com. Notice counts from when the clinic receives it, measured back from the scheduled start of the appointment.

Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel any time before the visit. What you owe depends on how much notice the clinic receives.

• 24 hours or more before the scheduled start: you may cancel with a full refund of anything already paid for that visit. If you have not paid, you are not charged. There is no further fee.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, or you do not attend: the visit is a no-show. You still have to pay the fee for that appointment. A payment already made is not refunded.

Patient accounts

A patient account is optional. Booking does not create one. If you create an account, you choose the password, and you use it only for your own record at this clinic.
